Why Argentina...?

All members of the Spark team currently live in Argentina. We feel very privileged to call this country our home. Argentines place high cultural value and importance on spending time outside; characteristics shared by the team at Spark.

Community and sharing are other values of significance in Argentine culture . People get together, often outside, on a daily basis to share mates (a regional tea) and we hope to get to know you over some mates here in Argentina.

Spark is currently operating seasonally in two regions of Argentina: La Puna (May-October) and Patagonia (November-March)
What exactly is Patagonia?
Many people around the world only know it as a clothing brand but Patagonia is a vast region that encompasses all of the Southern half of Argentina and Chile. It is famous for its low human population density, snowy mountains & glaciers, crystal clear lakes & rivers, and being very very windy.

What exactly is La Puna?
It is the name for a region that encompasses the North East provinces of Argentina. La Puna is host to a labyrinth of trails formed by ancient tribes as far back as the Incas. The team at Spark wants to introduce you to the rich culture of people that live in La Puna in the high altitude plateau of desert and mountains of many colors.
